Overview

By purchasing The Alchemy Drop™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
This offering includes:

One (1) 15-minute personalized audio reading, based on your Human Design and Gene Keys chart.
Seven (7) days of email and/or Voxer support, beginning on the date you receive your audio.

This offering is for personal growth, energetic awareness, and self-reflection purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or business advice.

No Guarantees

Every individual is unique. Therefore, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. The insights provided in The Alchemy Drop™ are intended to support your process of awareness, embodiment, and self-leadership—not to prescribe, diagnose, or promise specific changes in circumstances, income, health, or relationships.

Investment

The total cost of your Alchemy Drop—including inclusions, delivery method, and timing—is clearly listed on Irene McKenna’s official website or scheduling page at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and energetic nature of this offering, all sales are final.
No refunds or transfers are available once your purchase has been made.

Cancellations & Scheduling

Because The Alchemy Drop™ is a custom-recorded audio transmission, no live session scheduling is required unless otherwise noted.
If a separate call is booked and you are unable to attend, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule.

Failure to provide timely notice or to attend a scheduled session (without emergency or prior communication) will result in forfeiture of that session, at the practitioner’s discretion.

If Irene must reschedule for any reason, every effort will be made to find a mutually agreeable time.

All sessions and support access expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

Liability Release

All Human Design, Gene Keys, coaching, or energy-based modalities offered by Irene McKenna are intended as tools for self-awareness and energetic alignment. They are not substitutes for licensed medical care, therapy, or financial/business consulting.

You acknowledge that:

Irene is not a medical, legal, or financial professional.
The content of your session does not replace professional advice in those areas.
You take full responsibility for your emotional, physical, and financial well-being, decisions, and actions during and after participation.

By purchasing, you agree to release and hold harmless Irene McKenna, Irene McKenna Coaching, LLC, and The Aligned Collective, from any claim, action, loss, liability, or damages that may arise from your participation in this work.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials shared as part of The Alchemy Drop™—including but not limited to your personalized audio, written content, or email support—are copyrighted and proprietary to Irene McKenna Coaching, LLC.

You are granted a single-user license for personal use only.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any materials or insights without written permission.

Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements about Irene McKenna, her company, or her affiliates in public or private. The same courtesy and professional respect will be extended to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Irene McKenna Coaching, LLC, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation in The Alchemy Drop™ or use of related materials.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
All arbitration will take place in Rochester, New York, within 90 days of the initial filing.
Each party will bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between you and Irene McKenna Coaching, LLC regarding The Alchemy Drop™ and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

No amendment or modification is valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing The Alchemy Drop™, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these terms.
You voluntarily agree to participate in this work.
You take full responsibility for your well-being, choices, and experience.

Your purchase serves as your digital signature and consent.
